ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 2-4 days of receipt. Priority shipping processing time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call 1-630-464-7470 to place your order. Shipping rates vary.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States online. Please call 1-630-464-7470 to place a phone order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Overnight and Second Day: Orders must be placed by 7am Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
Shipping charges are based on order totals. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.
We can not deliver shipments to PO Boxes.

RETURN POLICY
The Minerals Owl would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. Themineralowl.com will only accept returns on items purchased through the website with a receipt. To return or exchange a purchase please call or email customer service at returns@themineralowl.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to process its return or exchange. We are unable to accept used skin and body care products and after that period. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price. We are unable to refund the freight charges.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
If your package was damaged in shipment, please contact us at 1 630-464-7470. We will replace the damaged items and place a claim with the shipping carrier who will pick up and inspect the package.
